The first consultation will usually take one hour, with follow up consultations lasting around 30 minutes each. Prior to the initial consultation I will send you one page questionnaire to complete and return to me before the consultation. Also, you will need to complete a 3 day food diary prior to each consultation (an easy to use template is provided at time of booking).

I have found over the years that one, two or even three consultations are not usually enough to fully support clients on the road to improved health and well-being. As a result I strongly recommend the 12-week program where we will meet every 2nd week. Clients who commit to this are much more likely to stick to the dietary and lifestyle changes, see improved health markers and feel empowered to continue on their plan at the end of the program. In other words get what they came for…
