Below you will find a select number of high quality, whole food supplements which offer genuine to support to both your mind and body. While a nutrient rich diet and healthy lifestyle choices are essential for health, the busyness and stressors of life may mean we need some extra help to maintain and/or regain optimal health.

Nature knows best, that’s why the only supplements you will find here are various forms of whole foods, rather than isolated nutrients that are often synthetic and produced in a lab (and probably quite cheap, we get what we pay for…😬). For example, you can buy various forms of Omega 3 oils, either from fish, plants or a lab but when you buy Rosita cod liver oil you are getting not only the bioavailable forms of Omega 3 (EPA and DHA) but also vitamins A and D, in an immune supporting, anti-inflammatory mind and body food.

The same goes for all the products you see here, all chosen to help improve your quality of life.

Orders are sent via An Post at a flat rate of €6. These orders are not tracked so I have no information after I drop them off in the post office when they will be delivered. If you wish to track your order I have a tracking option available, this costs €13.

There is also a “local pickup” option now available for anyone who would like to pick the products up directly, I live in Clondalkin, Dublin 22. Just click “local pickup” and I’ll email you when I receive the order to arrange a pick up time that suits.
